The villa has 6 double rooms and a dorm-style room. It sleeps up to 26 people and every room has a sea view.

Yes. Caretakers and housekeeping are on site throughout your stay, so help is always close by.

Full catering can be arranged at your request, or you can buy food locally and cook in our large, well-equipped kitchen.

A swimming pool and several large sea-view terraces at different levels.

Absolutely!

Yes. Tivat Airport is about 30 minutes away, and transfers can be arranged for you.

Unspoiled countryside, local restaurants and the crystal clear waters of the bay. Tivat, the nearest town, is home to a wonderful yacht marina and is a 20-minute drive away.

Four nights.

Final cleaning, water and utilities, linen and towels, all taxes and a caretaker on site, and the pool, sauna and steam room.

High season runs from April to August. September to March is low season, when prices are lower.

Send us your dates and group size. A 30% payment holds the dates, and the rest is due 60 days before arrival.
